Pink Slime?

Pink slime? well, evidently some people actually want it in their hamburgers.  Hy-Vee to sell beef with and without pink slime  .   Too bad the people making it are going out of business. Pink slime bankruptcy 
I wonder what they will replace it with.

  1. Pink slime? Isn't that what weiners and bolony are made of? Tastes great but do I really want to know what it is made of? Seems the only safe food now is what we grow on our own farm.

    1. Ralph: I think you probably do want to know. I for one do. If I buy a ground up meat product, I get it from a butcher I personally know, and from my own elk or beef.
